Stephen Glover
A founding member of partner congregation Providence in Cookeville, Stephen became CBF Tennessee's disaster response (DR) coordinator in August 2024. He is an active member of Tennessee Volunteer Organizations Active in Disasters (TNVOAD). Stephen is a graduate of Carson-Newman University. A husband and father of two adult children, he often travels the State helping churches anticipate disaster response near and far through DR bucket projects and design of congregational emergency operation plans. Our primary liaison with the CBF DR ecosystem, he is able to connect your church to current needs and opportunities.
Dave McNeely
Dave began managing the Connect Church initiative May 1, 2025. As a bi-vocational minister, he also serves as Teaching Pastor of partner congregation Ekklesia in Maryville. Married with two boys, he is a graduate of Carson-Newman University (B.A.) and Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond (M.Div.) with post graduate studies and a Certificate in Justice and Peace Studies from Iliff School of Theology. Dave has served in various ministry capacities including youth ministry, prison ministry, as well as shepherding young adults in the university classroom. Dave LOVES Dollywood!
